KICKIN’ THE BUCKET?

Will a bit of a water do? Or is it in the green waste bin for your pot plant? Has your plant already kicked or can we save it from kickin’ the bucket?
ALL DRIED UP
If some of your green fronds and foliage are now brittle and brown then just snip them off above the next healthy green shoot or down to the base. But if you’ve got a hollow papery main stem that was once green and bulging, it’s probably dead mate.
RUSTY ROOTS
If you’re still unsure about your plant’s mortality then whip your plant from its pot and check the roots; if what was once white and juicy is now brittle and brown, probably dead.
LIFE IN THE OLD DOG YET
If your roots and shoots look like they’re hangin’ on in there, give them a little drink until the soil feels nice and damp. We’ll tell you how to revive your plant pals next week...
