We want your flowers, plants and gifts to arrive exactly when you need them, so here's everything you need to know about how and when we deliver. If you can't find the answer you're after, email us at info@graceandthorn.com and we'll sort it.
London same-day delivery
We deliver across London six days a week, Monday to Saturday (we don't deliver on Sundays).
- Order by 1pm, Monday to Friday, for delivery that same day.
- Order by 10am on Saturday for Saturday delivery.
- Order after the cut-off and we'll automatically move your delivery to the next available day, or you can simply choose a future date at checkout.
- Your delivery fee will be shown at checkout and is calculated based on distance from our studio.

If your postcode isn't on this list, don't wor: we'll still get to you, just on our nationwidenext-day service below rather than same-day.
Our drivers deliver between 10am and 7pm. We'r specify an exact time slot, but we'll always get toyou as early in that window as we can. If your recipient isn't in when we arrive, we'll leave your order in a safe place and pop a note through the door to let them know. If you', just let us know in advance at
Nationwide next-day delivery
For addresses outside of our London same-day postcodes, including some Greater London postcodes, we deliver nationwide Tuesday to Saturday (we don't deliver on Mondays
- Order by 1pm for next-day delivery.
- Delivery days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday only.
Because we don't deliver nationwide on Mondays or Sundays, it's worth keeping the weekly rhythm in mind: an order placed after Thursday's 1pm cut-off will go out for Satuest, and anything ordered after that won't go outagain until the following Tuesday. If your date matters, we'd always recommend choosing your delivery date at checkout rather than relying on the next-day default.
Some of our more delicate, bulky or beautifully impractical-to-box items (think certain jar and box arrangements) are only available for London delivery and can't be sent nies, it's flagged clearly on the product page.
Click & collect
Prefer to swing by in person? You can collect your order from our London Fields studio, Monday to Saturday (not Sundays).
- Order by 2pm, Monday to Friday, for same-day collection.

RTW weddings & events
Wedding flowers work a little differently to our everyday delivery service, simply because timing matters so much more on the day itself.
We strongly recommend choosing a delivery date the day before your wedding or event, rather than the day itself. This takes the pressure off if anything runs even slightly bing of your ceremony.
You'll choose your delivery day at checkout, just set it to the day before your big day.

For RTW products, our website will not allow delivery outside of the same-day postcodes listed in our 'London same-day delivery' section. If you are hosting your weddine get in touch with us and we will help facilitateyour delivery.
If you are ordering last minute, our RTW collelead time, meaning you cannot select same-day ornext-day delivery. Please get in touch with us via phone or email if you need something quickly and we will do our best to accommodate your order.
For bespoke weddings and larger events, the earlier you reach out the better, it gives us the best chance of sourcing exactly what you have in mind.
Lifestyle & gifts
For candles, home fragrance and other non-perishable gifts, delivery works a little differently to fresh flowers:
- Standard delivery: 3 to 5 working days.
- Express delivery: 1 to 2 working days.
- Both exclude weekends.
Or choose click & collect from our London Fields studio, a good chance for a nosy around at the same time.
