RTW Guide

We generally recommend one point of interest per two people, so this could be a single jar or a group of three jars, for example, per two people. This could be a cluster in the centre of a round table or sporadic down a long table. You can choose from bud vases, jam or mayo jars, or a mix of all three. Short deluxe vases also work well in the centre of round tables, as they allow guests to see over and still speak with each other. They can also be used intermittently placed down a table and mixed with other jar sizes.

Jam and mayo jars all come in sets of three. Short and tall deluxe vases are sold individually.

All pins are provided with buttonholes and lapels, and jams, mayos and bud vases are yours to keep. Bouquets will come in a jar of water.

Simply place the items in your basket to view the pricing for each item, as well as an overall total (delivery will be added at checkout). For any bespoke requests please email info@graceandthorn.com.

Buttonholes, buttonhole lapels and hair pins should be stored in the fridge to keep them fresh. Bouquets, jars and vases should be stored in a cool place in the jar of water provided. The water should be topped up so all stems are drinking. Foliage garlands should be kept somewhere cool and away from heat sources.

Short deluxe vases are ideal for table centres on round tables or for a top table, as the low structure of them allows for people to speak to each other across the table. Tall deluxe vases are great to place at the front of the ceremony or to decorate a room and are perfect placed in large windows or on tables to create impact. Bud, jam and mayo jars are ideal for table centres or to place around the room. Garlands are best suited to run down long tables, along the top table or for decoration such as staircases or fire places.

The order can be placed through the website in order to secure the date. If you wish to add items at a later date, this can be done up to a week before by sending an email: once you have an order number, we can add this on within the same order.

For bridal items, please select the delivery date one day before the wedding, as this will eliminate any issues with traffic on the day. For venue items, most places will also allow delivery the day before to be stored overnight. However, if this is not possible, please let us know and we can discuss arranging delivery for the day. For both bridal and venue items, please select one day before and we will be in contact to discuss delivery options.

If you require more than one delivery, please put this in the notes or send us an email with the order number and delivery details of the second address. We can send a payment link for a second delivery charge.

Ready to Wear is delivery only, however, rest assured that everything will come already arranged and can be easily placed out. If you would like a florist onsite for setup, please email info@graceandthorn.com to discuss further.

Delivery is dependent on location and will be calculated at the checkout. For locations outside of London please contact us directly to organise this.

Add the shipping address of where you would like the bulk of the items to be delivered to and someone will be in contact closer to the date to confirm addresses, timings etc. Alternatively, you can email this over once you have an order number to info@graceandthorn.com.

For local London delivery, time slots are hourly, for example: 10am-11am, 11am-12pm, please let us know your preferred slot and we can advise the courier cost.

Everything will be delivered in water and packed in a box or bag, so you just need to remove the packaging. Flowers will arrive pre-arranged and packed in floral gel to keep them fresh. You will just need to wash the gel from the stems and re-cut before placing in water. You will receive a jar for your bouquet/s to stand in, and the jars for venue flowers will all be provided. With venue jars, the flowers will come pre-arranged and tied with twine. You simply need to rinse and cut the stems, add water to the jars, place the flowers inside and cut the twine to let the flowers fall into shape.

You are more than welcome to visit the shop if you have any questions or would like to look around, however, the flowers for RTW are bought in especially, and these are all made to order over in our studio, so you will not necessarily be able to see anything made up.
