This Hot Chocolate rocks, quite literally. It's made with a single estate cacao we found in Medellin, Colombia, the kind that gives proper richness and depth without needing a long ingredients list.
In fact there are only two: cacao and raw cane sugar. Cocoa solids sit at 52% minimum, so it's a proper, grown-up hot chocolate rather than a sickly sweet one. Made in the UK. Weight: 259g.
