WHAT’S THE RUB?
You can rub this balm on your hooter and catch the pollen before it gets up your nose!
CHOOSE YOUR SCENT
We like lavender, chamomile, lemon, peppermint, tea tree and eucalyptus; choose one or mash up a few - they are all cooling, soothing and hay fever bashing.
Stuff you’ll need:
1 Tablespoon Beeswax (you can buy it grated or in pellets from health food shops)
Half a Mug of Organic Coconut Oil
Your Essential Oil (you’ll need between 20 - 40 drops - we like it strong)
Containers (a little jar or pot you can shove in your pocket or bag)
The Kitchen (we’re gonna put it all in the melting pot)
Melt your coconut and beeswax in a pan
Mix it up and let it cool
Add your essential oil
Mix, mix, mix
Pour into your tubs and let it set
